Manage a team to implement all brand-related initiatives including research, public relations, marketing, events, and communications.


  • Manage and develop team members and provide resources, training and process improvements

  • Elevate the SCS brand to drive engagement and brand interest

  • Coordinate market and competitor research and consumer data/insights/trends to drive brand marketing plan

  • Refine brand story and ensure consistent branding for all SCS entities

  • Establish strategic partnerships, collaborations, and outreach, and develop word-of-mouth opportunities to increase awareness and build brand equity

  • Develop, implement and track marketing and advertising strategies and campaigns

  • Improve events strategy with unique & engaging employee and public experiences

  • Plan annual strategy, set and monitor KPIs, manage budget and provide reports to Leadership

  • Other duties and tasks as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, journalism, marketing or related field

  • Experience supervising and/or managing team member(s) or direct report(s)

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in brand management with a focus on awareness building, events, social media, community management, PR and content strategies

  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement

  • Strong collaborator able to work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to drive coordination between all parties


  • Ability to sit and stand for 8-10 hours daily.

  • Ability to move safely on construction sites, undeveloped land, and uneven terrain.

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 80% of the time.


This position operates in a professional setting during normal business hours of Monday to Friday, with hours outside of that range as business necessitates. Travel during the day and evenings required to properties, presentations, and events.  


This position requires the ability to work 40-45 hours per week during normal business hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday. Site visits and occasional in-state travel required with this position.
