With the onset of the Industrial Revolution, Wisconsin's manufacturing sector diversified into machinery, metalworking, and brewing. The early 20th century witnessed the rise of iconic companies like Harley-Davidson and Kohler, solidifying the state's reputation for innovation and quality craftsmanship. The manufacturing sector further expanded during World War II, contributing significantly to the war effort. Today, Wisconsin continues to be a manufacturing hub, with industries ranging from aerospace and automotive to dairy and food processing, reflecting a legacy of resilience, innovation, and adaptability in the face of economic challenges and opportunities. 

We work closely with our schools, corporate manufacturing companies, and community partners to provide you access to careers, education opportunities, internships, and apprenticeships so you can tailor your career path to meet your goals.  This process can seem daunting at times, that is where EM comes in.  You will have gained some access to STEAM, company tours, sponsored Lego projects, and further education exposure by middle school or before.  We want you to begin high school or your next career with eyes wide open, a more clear path to success, and basic skills and knowledge to better build for your future.
