Erica Krzanowski	Owner	715-814-1342	I come from a family that was in the housing industry for over 50 years. Growing up around new construction and remodeling projects my whole life meant getting my Real Estate License was a natural thing to do. I received my WI Real Estate Salesperson License in February of 2001. I earned my WI Real Estate Brokers license in 2009. I have always enjoyed helping people find a place to call home. In 2014 I took a position managing Rental Properties for the Real Estate office I was working for at the time. It was the perfect opportunity to help even more people find a place to call home. Not everyone wants to be a homeowner or is in the position to do so. Fast forward to 2021 I am still doing what I love...helping people find a place to call home at my own real estate agency with my husband. On a personal note: I am a mother to 2 grown men (Trevor & Nash)… where does the time go and grandma to 1 beautiful sassy granddaughter (Lexi). My husband Keith and I, when we aren't helping people find a home or remodeling one, we love spending time on his Harley or cruising in our classic car and enjoying time with family and friends. We love going on vacations as well but like everyone else...we don't get to take them nearly often enough.

I feel I bring a vast array of knowledge from sales & marketing to home building and remodeling. Bitten by the real estate bug at an early age along with the understanding that some things just aren’t being made anymore…like land… I purchased my first property at just 20 years old. Over the past 9 years that itch has grown stronger while tagging along and assisting my now wife, Erica on showings, open houses, rentals and helping maintain foreclosures in the winter listed with Success Realty. Finding myself up to my elbows in real estate and wanting to start helping others find their own home or next real estate investment, it was time to make that leap. In 2017 I earned my WI Real Estate Salesperson License. In 2018 I started Preferred Property Services LLC where I am a licensed contractor and provide property maintenance services and remodeling services for rental properties and homeowners. In my free time, I try to enjoys all our area has to offer from boating out on Lake DuBay to cruising down our many scenic roads on my Harley & even try to get some helicopter flying in when possible.
