Dina Kilinski, Career Services & Youth Apprenticeship Manager at Northcentral Technical College joined NTC in January 2013 and stepped into her Youth Apprenticeship role in October 2014. Since then, Dina has seen significant growth in the NTC apprenticeship program. Due to the current labor market shortages, more and more employers are looking to the benefits of apprenticeship both as a workforce training and a worker recruiting solution.

TOPIC: Youth Apprenticeship Opportunities In the Workplace   

Dina will provide an overview of the NTC Youth Apprenticeship program, program requirements and expectations for students and employers, what makes a great Youth Apprenticeship mentor, and related information on Child Labor laws and how employers can join the program. If your organization has employment opportunities available and you are interested in building a pipeline for acquiring skilled employees, you should consider participating in the NTC Youth Apprenticeship program.
