Topics: Creating an Engaging Workplace Culture, including topics such as; generational differences, personal growth & development, teamwork, and 360 Leadership.

As a leader, you are likely getting "hit" from all sides in your daily work. Those above you, peers alongside you, and those who report to you all want your attention! It isn't easy being a 360 leader. Besides getting hit from all three sides, everyone you work with has their own unique personality and everybody in the workplace wants meaningful engagement. In our leadership series on how to become an effective 360 leader and build a team focused on people and productivity, you will learn how to build an intentional workplace culture

Cost: $200/person for full session (members), $250/person for full session (non-members), $30/person for ala carte sessions

Sponsorship Opportunities: $100/session

Each session will be stand-alone content but will possibly tie into other sessions because all of these development skills relate to one another (personally or through teamwork). There will be assessments and/or worksheets distributed weekly, and we will be using these three books to learn (A New Kind of Diversity, 360 Degree Leadership, and The Culture Solution). If you attend every session, you will receive a Leadership Academy certificate at the last session and a chance to win a copy of one of these books.
