Rib River Ballroom was built in 1933, in the small town of Cassell just west of Marathon City and is the only known bow frame structure still standing in the Central Wisconsin Area. It originally was used as a dance hall and was later transformed into an event venue and banquet center. Rib River has seen nearly a century's worth of history, including three generations of weddings and even the end of the prohibition. Rib River by Accentu has completed the first phase of renovations which entails skylights, new lighting, updated bathrooms, and a modernized bar area. Rib River is now available for on-site events and off-site catering.
Please join us for this ribbon-cutting ceremony and open-house type event to view the renovations of this beautiful, historic building.
