Meet Katie

Katie is the Operations Manager at Rib Mountain Glass, where she oversees daily operations. She is committed to empowering others to reach for growth opportunities in their professional and personal lives to build a secure future. While being dedicated to optimizing efficiency, enhancing processes, and driving business growth. It is always her goal to drive sustainable success by balancing operational efficiency with a focus on customer satisfaction. 

Born and raised in Green Bay, Katie moved to Antigo in 2015. Though she does not reside in Marathon County, she spends a good amount of her time working and volunteering in the area. She has a love for tight-knit communities, giving back and people in general. 

Outside side of work, Katie enjoys spending her free time with friends and family, most importantly, her 11-year-old son! She loves anything outdoors, running, hiking, trail riding, snowmobiling, camping, etc. Her biggest passion in life is traveling, anywhere with hot weather and a beach!
