Meet Ruth
As a dynamic business leader with extensive experience in financial management, business operations, and human resources.
I am currently serving as a co-owner of On The Hill Billiards Club, LLC (as of July 2024) located in Mosinee, WI. As well as, the Principal at Accurate Consulting & Real Estate, LLC (A.C.R.E), where I provide financial guidance and leadership coaching to small and mid-sized businesses.
With a proven track record as Vice President and Co-Owner of Integrity Grading and Excavating, Inc. for 15+years, I have successfully led a $75M operation, overseeing financial processes, IT systems, HR, and compliance.
I have been recognized for many contributions within the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, receiving the prestigious WISDOT Secretary's Golden Shovel Award in 2021.
I have worked closely with Tribal Entities on numerous projects to align with Tribal government laws and expectations, resulting in being awarded the WISDOT Tribal Excellence Award.
An active Wisconsin Notary, I bring a wealth of knowledge in business management, mentorship, and strategy.
In addition to my professional achievements, I have volunteered my expertise to various community organizations, including United Way Marathon County and Northcentral Technical College.
