We are a mobile catering business that will deliver food to groups of 50 people or less.

We have a large selection of menu items to include appetizers, soups, entrees, side dishes and desserts. The customer will go to the website and go to "Book An Event." They will then fill out their information and click on the calendar to see if their requested date is available. If so, they will click on the date and hit Submit. I will then email them to let them know their date has been accepted. They will then be informed to go back to the website to order and pay for their food. I will prepare all the food & deliver it on the day they selected 1 hour prior, transfer the food into THEIR containers, clean up and leave. We will provide the food, plates/bowls, utensils, napkins, serving utensils. This business is for "Buffet Style" eating. We do NOT provide "Per Plate" items. We do NOT have any staff. The business consists of myself (owner/cook) & my spouse who assists with deliveries. We have a commercial kitchen in the basement of our home that has been inspected/approved by the Marathon County Health Department. The business opened on July 23, 2024.
