S.C. Swiderski (SCS) is thrilled to announce the promotion of Dale Bergman to Facilities Manager. Dale joined SCS just over six months ago as the Safety and Compliance Manager, he brought with him a wealth of experience in construction, trades, facilities, grounds, transportation, and safety. His passion for safety and experience bringing facility projects to life make him a great fit for our most tenured department.

As the Facilities Manager, Dale is responsible for safeguarding SCS's property assets and guaranteeing that our tenants enjoy safe, high-quality, and well-maintained housing. He joins a team of well-trained maintenance and grounds staff who work daily to maintain the health and safety of SCS properties.

Dale has true strengths in commitment to high-quality facilities management, construction projects, and aligns with SCS’s mission, vision, and values. He played a critical role in the renovation of Merrill Area Public Schools’ Jay Stadium. Dale was named by the Wisconsin Rural Schools Alliance as support staff person of the year in 2016, spoke at the 22^nd Annual Facilities Management Conference in 2020, and served on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin School Safety Coordinators Association (WSSSCA) since 2021. Dale is known as a person who gets things done, and we are more than confident he will do great things for SCS.
