The event featured special guests such as Audrey Frederick from the City of Niagara and Marinette County Development & Tourism Director, Jennifer Short. Following the ceremony, guests were invited to enjoy some treats provided by Bagel Shoppe & Cafe while enjoying tours of these new apartment homes.
